Terms of Service — Infinity Edgez.ai

1. Scope of Services

Infinity Edgez.ai provides digital marketing services including Website Development, SEO, Google Business Profile Management, Meta Advertising, Social Media Management, Content Marketing, Brand Strategy, and Graphic Design. Specific milestones and deliverables for custom projects are documented in individual client proposals.

2. 100% Client Intellectual Property & Asset Ownership

Upon settlement of all agreed project invoices, the client retains 100% full ownership of all custom website code, design vector assets, ad campaign accounts, copy, and visual deliverables produced specifically for their project. Infinity Edgez.ai retains the right to display non-confidential project deliverables in its portfolio and case studies.

3. Invoicing & Milestone Payments

Fixed-scope projects require an agreed upfront milestone (typically 50%) before work commences, with the remainder due upon staging sign-off prior to production deployment. Monthly retainers are billed in advance for each 30-day service cycle.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely feedback, brand assets, and required business information to enable smooth milestone execution. Delays in providing necessary approvals or content may adjust delivery timelines proportionally.
